Greg is a seasoned CFO and CPA who is skilled in managing companies that are public, private, or preparing for a public listing. He is skilled in US GAAP technical accounting matters as well as establishing processes to improve the reliability of financial data. Prior to joining Midwest, he served as the CFO of a public company for 10 years, and guided many companies through audits, debt and equity offerings, internal controls implementations, mergers, and operational changes.
After graduating from the University of Denver with a Master of Accountancy, he joined the audit practice of KPMG in Denver. As an auditor he became familiar with accounting and financial reporting for many industries including technology, oil & gas, financial services, higher ed, real estate development, and manufacturing.
In his free time, Greg enjoys DIY projects, skiing in the winter, wake surfing in the summer, and spending time with his 5 grandkids.
Sean brings over 30 years of experience in the development, design and construction industry. Prior to joining MWCI , Sean was a principal at one of the largest architectural firms in the Intermountain West. Sean is very skilled and experienced when it comes to defining the scope of projects, creating budgets, and developing the correct delivery and management parameters . As a result, he is often referred to as the "scope geek" or "numbers wizard."
Bryan is a proven leader in the commercial interiors industry, with extensive experience in workplace strategy, client relations, and project execution. His industry experience began at Steelcase, where he gained deep expertise in workplace design, product innovation, and the integration of research-driven solutions. During his time at Steelcase, Bryan developed a strong foundation in aligning business objectives with spatial strategies, helping organizations create environments that support productivity, collaboration, and employee well-being.
Bryan is known for his strategic mindset, clear communication, and ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex initiatives. His commitment to excellence and deep industry knowledge makes him a trusted advisor and a driving force behind successful workplace transformations.
Tami graduated from Utah State University with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. She started at MWCI as a junior level designer in 1997 and since has earned the title of Vice President of Sales and Design and now pioneering a new role as VP of Workplace Strategy. Tami has over 28 years of experience in the industry as well as a large portfolio of beautiful spaces she and her team have designed over the years.
Amanda has over ten years of commercial interior design and project management experience working in A&D. As MWCI’s design director she brings her insights and knowledge of TI projects and process to deliver beautiful spaces. Her focus is to provide meaningful designs and solutions that are functional, unique, and professional to reflect the clients' brand and culture. Amanda enjoys problem solving and collaborating with like-minded design professionals and clients to create environments that will exceed design expectations. She has a BA in Interior Design and Technical Sales.

Hanging out in hot springs and swimming in cold lakes. Loud music. Crackling fires. Oh yeah, did I mention I really like kale? And on my bucket list is to help find a cure for Rett Syndrome.

What do you enjoy most about your job? No two days are alike. The energy, the pulse of working a project with a client from idea to creation to install. Also, it’s weirdly fun to walk in any commercial building and check out their furniture.
